How long does a made-to-order vanity take?
Production typically takes 4–6 weeks after order confirmation. Final delivery timing depends on your destination and is confirmed during the order process.
Can I customize the size or finish?
Yes. The Custom Vanity Studio lets you share your preferred structure, basin, storage, finish, and hardware direction. A designer reviews the configuration and confirms the final drawing before production.
Will the vanity arrive assembled?
Configuration and delivery requirements vary by design. Review the product details and contact us with your preferred model and destination so we can confirm the appropriate delivery and installation preparation.
Can I change or cancel a custom order?
Before production begins, contact us promptly so we can review what is possible. Custom orders may not be cancelled once production has started.
How do I choose a finish online?
Use the Materials & Finishes page to compare the main directions, then send us your tile, lighting, and bathroom dimensions for a recommendation that suits the room.
What should I do if my order arrives with an issue?
Keep the packaging, take clear photos of the item and carton, and contact our support team with your order number. We will review the situation and guide you through the next step.
